From the first moment that we engaged with Lee at Skoda Bolton he treated us well explaining the process to us. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept us informed about the progress of the car. He made sure that everything was understood, he even picked me up from home to ensure that I could complete the final stages and collect my car. Picking up my new car was a very easy, seamless experience. Everything about vehicle trade in, registration documents and taxing new vehicle was fully explained. The sales adviser also sat in car with me to explain some of the technology features, inside and outside too.
A delight to deal with, Luke & Dave went out of their way to welcome us from Scotland, Luke very efficiently handled our trade in. Well worth the trip to get the Skoda Kamiq SE L Executive we wanted, lower that average mileage and a fair price, just a pity we're not closer for RRG to do our servicing in the future.
